  • Shipping & Delivery

    JLX Ltd uses Post Haste courier service for nationwide shipping. Target delivery times are 1-2 business days for the South Island and 2-3 business days for the North Island. Delays within the courier system are outside our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible. If you do experience an extended delay for delivery, in the first instance, please contact us and we will harass the courier from our end.

    If we receive your order confirmation prior to 3pm on standard business days, we will dispatch your goods that day, provided stock is available. If the goods you ordered cannot be dispatched by the end of the following business day, we will contact you and advise the nearest practical shipping date. If any items in your order are not available, we will give you the option to backorder until the item arrives, have part delivery of your order, or cancel the entire order. You will only be charged for goods actually dispatched. Deliveries will only be made to your place of residence or office. We will require you to sign for the delivery.

    We Charge $13.50 for any order under $350. And all orders over $350 are freight free! – All dropship orders are $14.50 Nationwide

    NOTE: Delivery may be delayed if we require further payment confirmation or clarification of delivery details.

    When you place order online at JLX Ltd you can have confidence that your personal details are safe. We will not give your details to any unauthorised 3rd party. We will not use your contact details for unsolicited advertising. However, we will use your contact information, if necessary, to communicate regarding an enquiry or order you have placed with JLX Ltd.
